"The Moment Before" is an installation that explores the fragile space between desire and decision-making, how our own choices can sometimes be the very cause of our downfall. Inspired by the story of Adam and Eve, this piece reimagines the classic narrative as a symbolic reflection on the human experience of internal conflict.

At the center of the installation stands a blue and gold tree, radiating temptation, with a vibrant red fruit that symbolizes the forbidden; the choices we crave but fear, and two abstract flower forms that protect the tree and its fruit. Surrounding the tree are two figures that represent different facets of a single person. One figure is eager, emotional, and ready to reach for the fruit, while the other is rational, hesitant, guarded, and deeply aware of the possible consequences. Between them stands a creature; an embodiment of persuasion and inner pressure, urging the different facets of a single person to act.

This installation is about those quiet, powerful moments in life when we find ourselves torn between impulse and reason. It reflects how we can become our own obstacle, and how the tension between our desires and our logic shapes the paths we take.
